Quality and Environmental Management Policy
The Quality and Environmental Management Policy of GRUPO COSTA BLANCA HTS, S.L., a company dedicated to the manufacturing, sale, installation, and repair of solar protection systems, both nationally and internationally, is based on providing fast and efficient service, generating trust and satisfaction among our clients through the participation and involvement of all our staff. All of this is achieved by balancing quality, environmental respect, and productivity in a profitable manner for the business resulting from our corporate activity.
The Management of GRUPO COSTA BLANCA HTS, S.L. is committed to upholding these guidelines and ensuring that our staff is aware of them and applies them consistently.
In line with these principles, a series of goals are set that translate into specific objectives, year after year, based on the following strategic perspectives:
Ensure that all services offered meet the client’s requirements and expectations.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other general and environmental requirements.
Facilitate training for our staff to ensure their competence.
Ensure that each worker is responsible for the assigned activities and is responsible for satisfactorily carrying them out through the practice of self-control.
Employ the best available technical means within our reach to improve service, expand the range of services, and minimize or eliminate our environmental impact.
Continuously improve the integrated management system by establishing quality and environmental objectives and plans.
Ensure that the results of the company’s services, in relation to the requirements of the Integrated Management System, are supported by objective evidence and records, which will be documented as records.
All company personnel apply the procedures established in the Integrated Management System, which is based on the requirements set out in ISO-EN-UNE 9001:2015 and ISO-EN-UNE 14001:2015, as well as the Integrated Quality and Environmental Manual.

En Grupo Costa Blanca HTS trabajamos de forma constante en la revisión y optimización de nuestros procesos productivos para minimizar el impacto ambiental de nuestra actividad. Promovemos la prevención de la contaminación, el uso responsable de los recursos naturales y la correcta gestión de residuos en todas nuestras instalaciones de fabricación. Este compromiso se traduce en objetivos medibles que revisamos periódicamente junto a nuestro equipo técnico y de dirección.
